For quick software implementation, application programs or third-party software can use Sealevel's SeaMAX libraries or industry-standard Modbus protocol.

SeaI/O-470
I/O ModuleModbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IPThe SeaI/O-470 provides eight differential or 16 single-ended 12-bit A/D inputs, two 12-bit D/A outputs, 8 optically isolated inputs, and 8 open collector digital outputs. Connect to your host via Wireless 802.11b/g (Modbus TCP - 470W), Ethernet (Modbus TCP - 470E), USB (470U), RS232 (Modbus RTU - 470S), or RS485 (Modbus RTU - 470M). The A/D inputs are software selectable for 0-5V, 0-10V, +/-5V, and +/-10V ranges and each channel can be configured via hardware for measuring 4-20mA current loop. The inputs feature 5MHz bandwidth track/hold and 100ksps throughput rate. The two 12-bit D/A channels are jumper selectable for 0-5V and 0-10V output ranges. Additionally, the SeaI/O-470E module provides eight optically isolated inputs rated for 5-30VDC and feature 300V external isolation, while eight open collector outputs can sink up to 580mA - ideal for switching 24V devices commonly found in industrial environments.
SeaI/O-463
I/O ModuleModbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IPSeaI/O-463 modules offer 96 bits of buffered drive TTL I/O via four internal industry standard 50-pin header connectors and connect to your host via Wireless 802.11b/g (Modbus TCP - 463W), Ethernet (Modbus TCP - 463E), USB (463U), RS232 (Modbus RTU - 463S), or RS485 (Modbus RTU - 463M). The interface module addresses the 96 channels of I/O as 12 eight-bit ports, each programmable as input or output. Using standard 50-pin IDC ribbon cables, connect up to four industry standard relay racks for PC based control and automation of equipment including sensors, switches, security control systems, and other industrial automation systems. Communicate using industry standard Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP protocols or use the Sealevel SeaMAX software libraries from your application program. I/O ModuleModbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IPSeaI/O-462 modules provide 96 bits of buffered drive TTL I/O, perfect for driving industry-standard solid-state relay (SSR) racks. Connect to your host via Wireless 802.11b/g (Modbus TCP - 462W), Ethernet (Modbus TCP - 462E), USB (462U), RS232 (Modbus RTU - 462S), or RS485 (Modbus RTU - 462M).). Each DB-78 connector brings out 48 I/O bits addressable as six, eight bit ports. For easy connection to relay racks, Sealevel offers a six-foot cable (Item# CA237) that terminates each DB-78 connector to two industry standard 50-pin IDC connectors.
